RESNET Professional Development Credit Sessions
INTERESTED IN EARNING RESNET
APPROVED PROFESSIONAL
DEVELOPMENT CREDITS?
The Alliance has provided
educational and training
opportunities for certified and
entering Raters since its
inception in 1998. Up to the
2010 RESNET change to the "2006
Mortgage Industry National Home
Energy Rating Standards",
specifically Section 102.1.3.3,
the Alliance provided Rater
members with regularly scheduled
continuing education seminars
which were approved by RESNET
for credit that included a
testing component.
The Alliance now offers
nationwide RESNET Section
102.1.3.3 approved Professional
Development credits for Alliance
members and non-members for many
of our webinars and classes. If
a session is provided, as a
stand alone webinar or as part
of a national or regional
conference conducted by other
service organizations, utilizing
well respected industry subject
matter experts, it is followed
by the individual in attendance
taking a fee based on-line ten
questions multiple choice test.
An individual must score an 80.0
or better to receive the session
credits, and will have two
attempts to pass the test for
one testing fee. A passing email
will be sent to the testing
individual and their Quality
Assurance Designee. If a test
has to be retaken, an email is
only sent to the individual.
If you would like more
information, please make your
request to
frank@nehers.org or the go
to the Alliance website
Event Section.
