We are looking for a talented individual…
To act as local on-site program and company representative to residential programs. Pre and post-installation verification's and other
technical data gathering activities through a defined territory. The Residential Field Specialist will support Account Managers in their
efforts to influence stakeholders to sell and/or install energy efficiency retrofits or new construction. Provides technical advice, guidance
and training on software, installation, adaptation, configuration or enhancement in accordance with client specifications. Troubleshoots
technical problems, issues and recommends solutions.

Conduct quality assurance inspections and reviews (on-site verification's and electronic review of field data entered into program database)

Provide technical advice, guidance and training on installation, adaptation, configuration or enhancement in accordance with client specifications.

Provide input and status updates to program staff regarding project scope, planning and effectiveness of products. Provide technical expertise to identify, analyze and resolve issues.

4-8 years relative industry experience

A High school diploma or equivalent required

Preferably an Associate Degree w/relevant industry technical certification/training

Preferably BPI, HERS and LEED Certification

Familiarity with energy modeling software
