The maximum amount per home is $1,200 and all construction and installation requirements must be met. Qualifying homes will be Energy Star Certified, be 15% more efficient than current code, and be located within the service areas of one of the FirstEnergy Utilities, Toledo Edison, Ohio Edison, and The Illuminating Company. For more information, contact your FirstEnergy utility or Performance Systems Development, the program administrator. Builders can view the program web site for more details on this offering.
